If unauthorized access occurs, you must notify our support team immediately. The account holder bears full responsibility for all activity conducted on the account.

Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on gx999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Only approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals — including bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. Funds sent via unapproved payment methods will not be processed and may not be refunded.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the platform and are subject to change from time to time. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–3 business days, though bKash and Nagad transactions are typically faster. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
Bonus and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. Each bonus carries its own terms, which are clearly stated on the promotions page. Bonus balances may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met.
